XML Output is Blank

I was forwarded to this communities to get a more professional answer... I have a user that cannot view an XML output when trying to view a report through the Repository Manager.  The version of Excel is Office 2007.  He can view it in PDF and HTML but not Excel Output.  His setting in Excel as well as IE Browser are identical to mine.  I am able to run a report and view it as well in Excel but he cannot. 

Any guidance on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.  The only option I can think of is perhaps he would need to uninstall and reinstall Office 2007.  Please advise.  Thanks
