P4112 'II' doc type transactions override entered account # (obj/sub) upon redisplay of newly create

When creating a doc type 'II' via P4112 with multiple lines, the user entered account # (object/sub) is overriden when you inquire on newly created document #. This does not appear to occur when you enter single line transactions, only multiple line transactions. When reviewing the actual G/L posting, the correct (entered) account #'s are updated. Please see attached example.
Has anyone experienced this? It appears to have began after an update was made to AAI table 4122 or 4124, however, at times the account that displays isn't associated to the tables.
