Steps required in using mass allocation journal.

 Hi,

I have read the relevant text in GL implementation guide and user guide regarding mass allocation journal but could not understand the step by step flow of what needs to be done for same. I mean it was mentioned that we need to setup statistical accounts and capture different information like headcount, area etc. but how it is done is not explained well so I am unable to proceed.  Is there any other document which I can read to get a better idea of how it is to be setup.
