Advice on Oracle Security products

Hi Team

I'm new into the Oracle Security group and looking forward to participate in the group.

I would need help/advice on the licensing stand point on.

1) Oracle Firewall
2) Oracle Database Vault

--- What type of licensing we need to go with Oracle to have these products.
--- Is Oracle Firewall come with Oracle Vaulting
--- What is the cost and what are the system specifications required to install the Oracle Firewall and Firewall Management server.
--- We believe the Oracle Firewall and Vault are heterogenous system and can support other DB flavors like MS SQL etc.
