R12 screen redering - patch 10335521 - note 1403454.1

I have an intermittent problem which seems to match note 1403454.1 i.e. within html screen, certain parts are blocked in blue and entered data appears right to left.
The note suggests patch 10335521.

But when I download this I can see that the version of marlin_html.zip in th patch is "$Header: marlin_html.zip 120.54.12010000.62 2011/11/18 01:31  lmodugul ship"

But in $OA_HTML the version of marlin_html.zip is already "$Header: marlin_html.zip 120.54.12010000.77 2013/03/28 10:52  lmodugul ship"

Do you suggest I apply the patch anyway ?
or does anyone suggest a different patch ?
