Agile 9.3.1 and IE 9

Hello

We use Agile 9.3.1 and IE8.  We were recently acquired by a new company and they only use IE9.  We understand that Agile 9.3.1 is not certified with iE9 but it is time consuming and expensive to upgrade immediatly.  (although we do plan to upgrade).

Is there anyone using Agile 9.3.1 with IE9 ?  Or is there any way to find out what the consequences of using Agile 9.3.1 with IE9 are?  It would certainly help to know if 90% of Agile work with IE9 and only certain functions/reports, etc do not work.
