Siebel 8.1.1.10 Installable

Hello,Our existing environment is on 8.1.1.4. We need to upgrade it to 8.1.1.10. Can someone please advise if we need to download the installer from edelivery or from MOS? MOS has a bunch of 26 zip files where as it is different in edelivery. 
We  need to build a full image of SWSE (due to web server upgrade) and a patch image of Enterprise server components.
