How to Store Image/PDF Attachments on the File System in 11 from a third Party System and lauched fr

Dear All

I have read the following document, How to Store Image/PDF Attachments on the File System in 11i and R12 (like Attachment File Directory) [ID 294525.1].

However I have a third party system something similar like i-Procurement or i-Supplier Portal.

1.-PO is generate in Oracle and the information will be send to the Portal.

2.-Vendors are going to log in into the Portal, inquiry the PO and attach an XML file and PDF as well.

3.-The information will be send either receiving or payables open interface in order to create the AP invoice. In one DFF's open interface I will store the URL and I will use an API in order to do the attachment
