Why Serial Number under warranty contract was terminated automatically

Hi

Pls let me know why one serial number #S/N L11-2227 under warranty contract #JTSP025.12 was terminated last Feb 21 2013. IB was checked and last feb- 22- 2013 order management had a transaction stating RMA Reciept - Return for Credit.

How it got terminated the sub line in the Contract? please see the attached scrrens hots for your reference.
