SSL Handshake error while accessing third party url from custom jsp

Hello All,
We are facing the SSL Handshake error while accessing a third party url from the custom jsp from where we are calling the third party url.

We have update root certificate of the third party url in the $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/conf/ssl.crt/ca-bundle.crt and bounced the apache

Still we are facing the SSL Handshake error.

Please let us know if we are missing any step to achieve this.
