Hi all

could you someone help m on how to check the following event,

Metric=Database Time Spent Waiting (%)
Wait Class=Concurrency
Timestamp=Jun 18, 2013 3:51:28 PM EDT
Severity=Warning
Message=Metrics "Database Time Spent Waiting (%)" is at 30.20897 for event class "Concurrency"
Notification Rule Name=MB_MONITOR
Notification Rule Owner=SYS
Notification Count=1

This is 11gR2 instance on window platform.
