Patch 16089519:R12.AP.B Causes Many Forms to Fail to Compile

Hi,
Projects  periodic patch 14761181:R12.PJ_PF.B and they report a new problem after applying a Payables pre-requisite patch 16089519:R12.AP.B.

They state:

We applied required patches but it is completed with errors.  After applying patch 16089519 (pre-req for 14761181) the following forms and report did not generated:
