How to remove password restrictions for exadata

 All -I want to be allowed to enter the most simple of passwords that never expire on my X3-2 (latest release of everything). This is for testing purposes, and I do not want to have to worry about passwords expiring, or too complex passowrds. Anyone know how I can remove password complexity requirements and password expiration limits?
