RMAN Backup using HP Data Protector

Hi All,

We are planning to use HP Data Protector for taking tape backup for all RMAN backups.

Please suggest the recommened RMAN backup with scripts for full ,level 0 and incremental backup scripts to use.

HP Data Protector has its functionality of generating/taking RMAN backup with its RMAN command, however, am not sure whether it is smart enough to take backups and delete obselete etc.,

I believe, there is option for custom script, so, would like take your recommendation for RMAN Scripts with all possible features and measurement to take for production backup (for example, delete obsolete backups,take controlfile backup, delete archive logs after successfull redundant copy of 2 ,etc.,)
