Post upgrade activities for R12.1.3 in Purchasing Module

Hi Gurus

We are upgrading into R12.1.3 from 11.5.10.2. I would like to know what are the steps to be done for iProcurement and Purchasing after the upgrade patch is successfully in applied in the Instance.

Please guide me
