oracle vm server and oracle vm manager setup in vmbox.

Host OS is windows 7  Need to configure below setup.1. Install VMBOX 4.1
2. Install Oracle Server.
3. Shared folder with oracle server to windows 7
4.Oracle VM manager.
5.Configure oracle R12.1.1 Vm templete on Guest machine.

I have install VMbox and Vm oracle server.
Please suugest to Shared folder between host (windows 7)and guest machine(oracle server) and reset of configuration.
