Replenishment counts on Subinvetory used to have Count type as Onhand Quanity, now its order quantit

Im doing PAR counts and min max replenishment counts. When I define the Subivntory the default count type is Order Quntity and I cant change to Onhand QTY

This results when I do the replenishmet count it ignores PAR and Min MAx and reporders Order QTY entyered.

In R11 I had Onhand Quantity for count type and it worked. Seems this value is not there in 12

Or am I missing something.
