repvfy execute optimize

according to note  1553342.1 there is a command to optimize 12c oms.repvfy execute optimize

but this option is not available in repvfy 12.1. 
Is Oracle going to bring out a new version of repvfy?

error when running is

SQL file (/oracle/database/oracle/1120p412/emdiag/12cR1/#optimize.sql) not found
