Flex accounting to track various items in project to various activity cost Codes

If we use the sales module to capture the Job Details or BOM/BOQ and make in detail, for instance to track various process or issuance etc.

Can we track the various cost codes in the various activites, i.e. different accounts for same item using flex accounting.
