FAILED: file ame_insertion_record2_ss_typ.xdf on worker 1.

Hi,

I have applied a merged patch for E-Business Suite Extended Support when I encountered this error.

FAILED: file ame_insertion_record2_ss_typ.xdf on worker  1.

I have tried to restart the said worker but still the same error.

Also I have checked the adworker 1 log and found this one:
