UCM Batch Manager comp

Hi,

 Running multiple jobs of UCM Batch Manager failing except first job. First job running  sucessfully but all remaining jobs are failing.   UCM Batch Manager comp parameters are  similar to other environments where multiple jobs are running fine.

We are seeing on the below information inthe log,  but since one job is running successfully I think these are alll generic errors. 

Can you please let me know what could be the reason why the successive jobs are failing of the comp UCM Batch Manager.
