How to change Current period name in Books controls

we have defined corporate books in books controls and assigned the asset categories to that book. Then i realized that i had selected the wrong period in book controls.

Now we would like to change the current period for few books.

Please note that we have not run any depreciation & did not upload any assets. 

Could you let us know how to change the current period name in book controls.
