Cannot select Service Tolerance for a Supplier Site

Hi,

When I go to setup the Tolerances for a Supplier Site in the lov only appear the Tolerances for Goods.

Service Tolereance field is not defaulted from Payable Options while creation of a supplier site where as Goods Tolearnce Field is defaulted.whereas both the value is mentioned at payable options.

Is there a patch that I need to apply to achieve this?
