Not getting Field for One DFF Segment in Customer Information.

Hi all,Right now am facing problem relating to the DFF Segment. Business Requirement is give Additional information for customer information for that purpose we added some DFF segments.
One DFF Segment only not getting the Field to give value in Customer window.

Kindly give the suggestions/reasons to overcome this issue.
