Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We haev user who recieved a OTL notification in Spanish but his language is US.

Could you please find the atttached document and let me know what could be the reason behind and what needs to be checked??
