Requester setup for to raise purchase requisition

 Hi,
do we need to setup requester name as Buyer.

We have employee in Oracle HRMS. And he does not have Oracle ID and Buyer setup. But when we try to enter his name in the requester column of purchase requisition we are getting error " Enter Positive quantity other than Zero" . When we change the name in that filed who is having Buyer setup it works.

we have already enter positive qty and price etc.. fields in PR.
