Failures applying patch 3500000

AutoPatch completed but I see Failed entries in the log.

The Failed entries are:


FAILED: file perimage.jar on worker 10 for product per username HR.
FAILED: file hrwfunit.ldt on worker 7 for product per username APPS.

FAILED: file perkigfclient.jar on worker 15 for product per username HR.

What do I need to do for these Failed items?

I found doc 395889.1 for FAILED: file perkigfclient.jar on worker 15 for product per username HR and run initxml.sql.  What do I need to do next to complete the patch?
