Receipt - 3way Match - Issue

Hi

We are having a issue to find out .

If a receipt is done and before doing the 3way match and adding the extra cost to the base cost(Taxes / Freight / Loading Cost). If the stock is been issued and made in the system ZERO. Then how the extra heads of cost will effect in the system.

We tried but unable to find out.

Please help me.
