REP-2103:< >: PL/SQL formula returned invalid value or no value.

Hi

We have issue with Pick Slip report for one Order number. It is giving following message

REP-2103: Column 'CP_CREATED_BY' : PL/SQL formula returned invalid value or no value.  though there is no formula column by name 'CP_CREATED_BY'  it is just place holder column.

When i i try to remove this place holder column and try to run for same order error goes to another column

REP-2103: Column 'CF_warehouse' : PL/SQL formula returned invalid value or no value  though every thing is fine with formula column
