Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c on Exadata

Hi.
Now , I'm running the following command on the exadata compute node. I'm really confused. What should I do for <em_user> and <em_base> ?

<em_user> -- > sysman user ?
<em_base> -- > /u01/app/oracle/ or /u01/app/oracle/oms12cr2 or /u01/app/oracle/agent12cr2 ?
What do you recommended?

Readme :
em_user is the operating system user who owns Oracle Management Server, em_user is also the
Oracle WebLogic Server admin user and em_base is the directory to be used for installing the Oracle Management Server
and Management agent home. The operating system user must exist and belong to the oinstall and dba groups.
