Concurrent Program API

 Hello

Is there an API to put a concurrent request on hold and release it after some time? I see an API (FND_CONC_GLOBAL.SET_REQ_GLOBALS), but it looks like it can be used when there is a parent child relation ship.

Can you please let me know if there is an API for this?
