Upgrade from 8.1.1.9 to 8.1.1.10/11

 Hi All,
I need help with the process of upgrading from 8.1.1.9 SIA to 8.1.1.10 SIA or 8.1.1.11 SIA.
What steps are involved while performing such upgrade?
