Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All,

I need help with the process of upgrading from 8.1.1.9 SIA to 8.1.1.10 SIA or 8.1.1.11 SIA.

What steps are involved while performing such upgrade?
