Essbase Standalone 9.3.1 to 11.1.2.2 Upgrade (Upgrade as in new system/hardware/servers, etc)

I've got a Standalone Essbase (w/ EAS) environment that I need to upgrade. Just Essbase objects and data.

So far I see that I'm supposed to get to 9.3.1.7 or 11.1.1.3 (for example) before going to 11.1.2.2.

I like the 9.3.1.7 to 11.1.2.2 since I think I can apply the maintenance release(s) in place and then go to my target release.  I do not want to have to build a new instance to host 11.1.1.3.  (Not sure if 11.1.1.3 has standalone capability without the relational component).

So If I can get my 9.3.1.0 to 9.3.1.7 (pending SR to get the install media), and just use the Migration Wizard (is there one in 9.3.1.7?) how do I get the Essbase security over to the new Shared Services Registry?
