Xref for Table Conversion UBE and Business Function

We have a custom Table Conversion UBE and when we ran the xref for the 'Everywhere A Business Function Is Used', we cannot find this existing custom Table Conversin UBE show in the xref.

Is that a bug in the xref build? or Table Conversion UBE can not referenced by Xref.
