Can I increase memory on ODA?

We bought our ODA with 96GB memory last year. Now we need to increase the memory. The answer I got from Oracle support is No. I was told there is no option to increase memory on ODA. I am confused. Even I can see there are 3 slots on the mother board. Yes, I know those slot are full. Can Oracle use the bigger memory chips? Does anyone know?
