Cleaning up devices that show as failing in the cfgadm output.
Recent SR Summary:

Issue:
The customer removed SAN luns without first properly removing the luns from the Solaris O/S.
This caused the cfgadm output to show the devices as "failing" and the customer was not able to remove the failing devices from the cfgadm output.
Cause:
Improper removal of SAN devices.
Resolution:
The customer was able to reboot the server, and then he was able to clean up the failing devices in the cfgadm output.
