Not Able to view Move Orders created by Others

 Hi,
I am not able to view move orders created by others in R12.1.3.
In 11i, I was able to view the MO created by others.

On further verification, the move order forms defaults my Login ID and i think this restricts the viewing MO created by others.
Is this  the intended functionality in R12. Is there any profile/ any input on this issue is appreciated.
