Autopopulating Address into Lead/Fulfillment

I am wondering if the following is possible in Oracle OnDemand:

Auto population of the shipping address in a Lead/Fulfillment page. Currently as it stands the shipping address auto populates into a Lead/Fulfillment from the Account detail page when a value is placed in the Existing Account field. It was brought up during training that we attempt to also incorporate the contact shipping address to the auto population process as well (assuming they chose an existing contact). The ideal situation would be to have a work flow in place that auto populates the contact address but if there is no contact address then it will pull in the account address into
