View Mass Packaging Details Page Timing Out for Large Batches?

I have recently had a school report a problem with the View Mass Packaging Details page not opening for a large batch (7000+ records).
We are only aware of one similar prior issue, and in that case the issue was not with the page opening, but with the 'view next 50' records taking longer than it should to process.

We have not had another schools report either problem within the last several years.

I was just curious to hear from any Financial Aid customer schools who may have seen this problem and come up with a solution?
