Where is the Benefits Confirmation & Summary statement file stored on the server?

Hello,

 

When an employee clicks the Confirmation Statement button, we would like to automatically send an email with the statement attached as a pdf to the employee.

 

Does anyone know where the Benefits Confirmation & Summary statement is stored on the server?

 

Also, is it possible to change the text within the seeded Benefits Confirmation & Summary statement to something specific to our organization?
