EPPM P6R8.3 - Bad Filter causing Activities window to not load

I've run into an issue where the Activities window does not load.  It appears to be caused by using a filter set to All instead of Any.

The filter is Activities occuring within X days (used 21, 42 and 84 for 3/6/12 weeks) with a Not Completed filter that selects Activity Status = Not Started or In Progress.

I accidently selected Show matches for all applied filters instead of any. This obvously would return zero rows. 

When I changed Views and then tried to return to the erroneous view it would not load.  I was able to access other areas, but the Activities window became inert.
