Need urgent help

Hi,

We use Oracle apps 12.1.3

I have an item for which list price in price list is $0.99 but the same item exists in modifier with $1.09

When I enter the order for this item, modifier value is being applied $1.09

Price list incompatibility is Exclusive

Modifier Incompatibility is Level1 Incompatibility i.e. Best Price wins

Why still the modifier price is applied on my order. I'm expecting to see the price list price to be applied as it is lower.

Attached is pricing engine request log.

Please advise.
