Outlook 2010 and other Office programs freeze when publishing FSG to Excel 2010

Hello Experts,

While the reports in Report Manager publish in reasonable time,
while they are in the process of publishing other Office 2010 programs freeze,
eg Outlook freezes and the user can do nothing.

Also, if you could give some information on how exactly the Excel 2010 publishing mechanism works?

Any suggestion please. Thanks.
