June 2013 Oracle Java SE Critical Patch Update

Hello Friends,
We are using weblogic and webcenter applications .

Weblogic - 10.3.6.0 version

Webcentre - 11.1.1.6.0

Below is my java version 
==========

[oracle@tolluatwebcen1 bin]$ ./java -version
java version "1.6.0_31"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_31-b04)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.6-b01, mixed mode)
[oracle@tolluatwebcen1 bin]$


I want to apply JUN 2013 Oracle JAVA SE Critical patch update to my servers.

Can any one guide me how to check the pre-reqs if any and apply the patches
