Creating an enterprise server instance using Server manager console

HI,

We are doing an tools upgrade from 898 to 913. We have one as400 machine with 3 lpar. In LPAR1 we have DV/PY installed which we have already upgraded for new tools using multifoundation.

Now in LPAR2 and LAPR3 we have PD pathcode installed.

My question is if I create a new enterprise server instance in these two box using server manager console for our new tools foundation rather than doing the multifoundation creation steps mentioned in the guide "Multifoundation on iSeries with Tools Release 8.97 and Onwards" will it create any issue for my running foundation. If it is possible I will be left with very few steps other than full package build/deploy for the new foundation on the go live day.
