How can get the original date/time from CRM ?

Dear All,

We are getting an error on date/time field that it automatic adds extra hours more in CRM date value.

 Following extra hours are added 

·        4 hours when in Day light Saving Time
·        5 hours when not Day light Saving Time

 

Is there any solution that we can get an original date/time from CRM?
