notifications to be sent to initiator of transactions if not approved within 7 days

I will like a notification mail to be sent to initiator of transactions on payables if these transactions are not approved within 7 days. This is to notify the initiator that the transaction has not yet been approved.

Kindly help with steps to go about this.
