Siebel EAI connection to multiple data sources for BIP reports

Hi IHAC who wants to connect to multiple data sources for generating their BIP reports. Their idea is to have one Object manager /Data source for live transactional data and one separate clone object manager/ data source for archived data.
All BC/BO's/IO's and Applet view controls shall be implemented only for the Live Object manager i.e transactional data, however data in report shall be picked up from two data sources i.e one live and one archive.

For implementing this they want to customize 'EAI Siebel Adapter' such that it picks up data from two data sources.
