Advance Get issue

Hi,

One of our developer is getting an typical issue. When the developer is trying to do an Advance Get for any object the advance get button is not working though the button is active.(screen shot attached.)

In the ROW exit bar "ROW" tab is not showing instead its showing as "Edit BugDB User" an under that tab Advance Get button is showing. Again when developer is trying to do Advance Get from menu "ROW>Advance>Advance Get" then also its not working.

This problem is for the particular user only. When logging in as different user its working in the same machine.
