How to create a tab in newly created form template

 Hello Everyone
Recently I've got a task to create a form for entering/searching/mantaining applicants using forms configurator.
Everything seems fine, but I have one problem: I'm unable to create a tab on find window. i've serched the documentation ( Forms Configurator Setup & Usage Guide [ID 206035.1]), but there is only information that I can do it, nothing about how to do it (or maybe I missed something).

I would be very gratefull for Your help.
